We went in hoping this would be a fun, easy outing for our family, especially since we’re total beginners... but we just didn’t feel very welcomed or guided!!!
The info felt kind of all over the place?? We had kids with us and it was surprisingly hard to figure out where to start, what we should do first, or who to ask for help... which made everything feel more stressful than exciting.
Maybe it works better for people who already know what they’re doing, but for a beginner family like ours, it just wasn’t a good fit!!! We left feeling disappointed, not relaxed or encouraged

I went in hoping it’d be a nice, easy day out, but the staff just weren’t friendly at all. Maybe I caught them on a bad day — I mean, we all have those, like when you spill coffee before even leaving the house, but the service felt slow and kind of careless. It just made the whole visit feel uncomfortable instead of enjoyable.

There really wasn’t much to eat around here, which got annoying fast. The few places that were available felt kind of overpriced for what they were. Like, I’m not expecting a gourmet food scene, but having more than a couple decent, reasonably priced options would’ve been nice.

I was a bit embarrassed because I had talked this place up before going, but the terrain ended up being boring. There just wasn’t much variety, and the trails were rougher than I expected...

I went in expecting decent groomed runs, but the conditions were disappointing. The snow was icy, and the grooming felt rough and uneven the whole day. It just didn’t match what I was hoping for

I was let down by this place. The bed was hard, like really hard, and it felt old too. The pillows were flat, the room didn’t feel cozy, and after a long day I just wanted somewhere comfortable to relax, but it was not comfortable at all.
The cleanliness was the worst part. There was hair in the bathroom, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped, and the whole room had this weird smell that just wouldn’t go away. It felt dirty, it smelled dirty, and I kept noticing more dirty little things. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but it felt way too pricey for what you actually get. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something that made it worth the cost, but i just didn’t feel like the value was there

We still had a good time on the mountain, and the staff we talked to were friendly enough. That said, the rental line took way longer than expected, and the ski lesson felt a bit rushed once it finally got going. Not a bad experience overall, just wish those parts had been more organized.

We went expecting a decent ski day, but the lift situation was a mess. The lines barely moved, a couple of the lifts kept stopping, and it felt like nobody really had a clear idea of what was going on. When we asked about it, the response we got felt dismissive, like we were being talked down to for even being frustrated.
For what it costs, spending that much time standing around instead of skiing just isn’t worth it. The whole day ended up feeling way longer than it should have, but not in a good way. I wouldn’t go back unless they really get the lift problems and customer service sorted out
